If you have previously registered/paid online then you have an official entry into the tournament and are NOT required to attend the registration on Friday. Friday's registration is ONLY for anglers who have not already entered/paid for the tournament. *If you qualified to receive an early online entry rod (see below).

You may enter yourself in the text system for this event by texting the word arkansas to the number 25827. We will enter your number in the system but some carriers block these type of messages, so by entering yourself this will prevent the chance of being blocked. Also if you have previously opted out of our system, you will have to put yourself back in the system by texting the above keyword. If you opt out we cannot put you back in the system.
Due to the varying times of year that we host our tournaments, we will notify everyone of the start time the day prior to the start of the tournament. We will notify you via text message. Start time (first cast) for each tournament will be safe light and set by the tournament director. You may launch and be on the water but you may not begin fishing until we notify you of first cast. Please do not call our offices related to start time. We will post start fishing time on this page the week of the event.

Early Entry Prizes:
Early entry promo rods may be picked up at registration sites above or after 3pm each day of the tournament. Please do not call our offices related to early entry rods. There is a rod counter at the top of each event page. Rods are gone when counter shows zero. We will post the date the counter goes to zero on the site. *Your co-angler may pick up your rod for you if you're unable to be present.
The early entry rods were gone on April 29th. If you registered prior to this date, you will receive a early entry rod.
UPDATE: Based on the recent flooding and impending record rise in water levels, we have cancelled the upcoming event on Lake Dardanelle June 1-2nd. The event is being rescheduled for Sept 21-22nd, 2019. Online registration will re-open June 3rd for the fall dates. We will move all current entries forward to the fall event and if that date works for you then there's nothing further required and your entry will remain current. Deadline for notifying us for a refund is Sunday June 2nd. After this date we only be able to move your entry to another event or the 2020 Dardanelle event.
If for any reason, you're unable to attend the fall event, you may request a refund by emailing email@example.com and providing us your full name, address and cell phone number and use the title Dardanelle Refund Request in the email subject line. You may also move your entry forward to the May 30-31, 2020 event dates if you prefer and you will keep your rod for those who qualified.
Please do NOT call our offices related to refunds, we will only address those requests that are sent via email and follow the instructions above. For those who received early entry rods who remain entered, you can pick the rods up next Wednesday (May 29th) at Bass Pro Shops in Little Rock from 3-6pm or you may pick them up at the event in September. If you request a refund you WILL lose your rod and it will be placed back in the available rod pool. We apologize for the incovenience and look forward to seeing everyone in September.
